mode", during "chairman control mode", chairman control who
could talk, during "freelance mode", all people could talk as their
will.

After everything is done, click the upload button, then all the content will be
uploaded to the meeting room white board, and shown to all the people in the

You could upload the content of your clipboard to server to allow everyone in
the conference to update their clipboard content as yours, and then paste it to
their applications.

meeting time into Outlook Calendar when arranging meeting, 5 minutes before
meeting start, Outlook calendar will prompt meeting starter about the meeting.

Click
"Off line" button on the toolbar, then you can work offline to
prepare white board content. After meeting start, you can easily upload your
content into the meeting.
Method
1:
Click ¡°Connect¡± button, then choose a server in the dialog,
then click OK

If
Automatically connect me next time checked, will connect to the selected server
automatically next time the program started
If
¡°Specify IP and port manually¡± checked, please enter the server IP and port and
then click OK.
Method 2:
Click
¡°Reconnect¡± button, connect to the default server.
Click
the ¡°Reconnect¡± button. If you already logged in, you will be automatically
logged in again. And if you already joined a meeting room, you will
automatically join the meeting room again if it still exist.
Click
the ¡°Disconnect¡± button, then you will disconnect from the server, timing stop
at the same time.
Click
¡°Login¡± button. A login dialog will show up.

Any
login name should work, Enter the "auth code" you buy. Just like the
phone card, you will be charged time upon the "auth code". Or click
¡°Trial code¡± to get free trial code.
When
you check ¡°Remember my name on this machine¡±, login name will be remembered
When
you check ¡°Remember auth cod on this machine¡±, auth code will be remembered
Click
¡±Logout¡± Button.
Click
¡°Meeting Room¡± Button, meeting room dialog will show up as below. Enter the
meeting room name, then click ¡°Create¡± button.

If
you check ¡°Automatically join this meeting room after login¡±, the meeting room
name and meeting room password will be remembered on this machine and will join
the meeting room automatically after you login.
To
join a meeting room, in the above meeting room dialog, select a meeting room,
click "Join".
To set meeting room password, in the above meeting room dialog, select a
meeting room, click "Set Password"
Click
this green button. The meeting will start, all function activated and timing
start.
Click
this red button. The meeting will stop, most function deactivated and timing
stop.
Click
"Meeting Room" tab at left side, Select a person in the list, then
click "Private Chat".
Or
right click a person in the list, click ¡°Private Chat¡±
Click the ¡°Talk¡± button to start or stop
audio. Click ¡°Volume Adjust¡± button to adjust volume. Audio is automatically
started once meeting is started.

could adjust volume conveniently at the status bar.

Select
a meeting room attendee, click "Private Voice Chat" button at meeting
room page. Then your voice will be send only to that person. Or right click a
person, select ¡°Private Voice Chat¡± in the popup menu.

Click ¡°Chairman Control Mode¡± button to
enter Chairman Control Mode, in ¡°Chairman Control Mode¡±, chairman controls the
meeting, ¡°Chairman Control Mode¡± fits for large meeting or for the occasion
that need only one person to control everything.
In
Chairman Control Mode, chairman can control who can become presenter and can
control who can talk, only presenter could share applications and present
demos. As in the above picture,
chairman of the meeting could choose a meeting attendee and the click ¡°Allow
Talk¡± to allow that person talk. And by right clicking a person in the meeting
room member list, chairman could also assign or revoke a person¡¯s presenter
ship.
¡±I
want to talk¡± button, in ¡°Free Lance Mode¡±, click this button to talk. In
¡°Chairman Control Mode¡±, this button is disabled, only chairman could assign
who could talk. Please raise hand to request talk.
Click ¡°Free Lance Mode¡± button to enter
Free Lance Mode, under Free Lance Mode, everyone could become presenter and
could take over microphone. Free Lance Mode fits for small meeting or the
occasion that need several persons to discuss.
Click ¡°Text Chat¡± button
Text
Chat dialog shows up:

The
default is to send when enter ¡°Enter¡± key. If want to type more than one line
before send, uncheck the ¡°Send On Return¡± checkbox.
Public
chat content will appear under the whiteboard, as following:

Click
the ¡°File Share¡± tab, then click corresponding buttons.

The ¡°push mode¡± button is default pushed
in. When a person becomes presenter and the ¡°Push Mode¡± button is pushed,
he/she could push everything to other meeting attendees. When the pushing
presenter change white board, all other meeting attendees¡¯ white board switch,
when the pushing presenter scroll scrollbar, others¡¯ scroll bar scroll,
similarly, full screen mode, left tab changing, right panel changing could also
be pushed.
When
a presenter is pushing, all other meeting attendees¡¯ push mode is automatically
canceled, so only one person in a meeting room could push.
Click
¡°Application Share¡± button, following dialog will show up

Choose
the application want to share with other meeting attendees, then click ¡°Share¡±
button, or duble click the application you want to share. If want to allow
remote control, check ¡°Allow Remote Control¡± check box. Application share use
none-lose compression algorithm, attendees will see sharp shared application. If
the application has complex colors, the speed of transfer may be slow. In this
case, could consider using desktop share, which use another image compression
algorithm making smaller net traffic. In one meeting room, there could be only
one shared application or shared desktop.
Click
¡°Desktop Share¡± button, there will be a prompt for if remote control allowed,
just choose ¡°Yes¡± or ¡°No¡±, Desktop sharing is blurred, but it is much faster
than application in some extreme cases. If want to view sharp picture of
application, please use ¡°Application Share¡± .
Click ¡°Request Control¡± button, send
remote control request to server.
If
person initialized share allow remote control and there is no other person is
controlling the application or desktop, you can remotely control other¡¯s application
or desktop. In a meeting room, only one person could remote control application
or desktop.
While
sharing application or desktop, you can Mark application or desktop with
current pen in the current board by holding on ctrl key and move mouse. Press
ctrl key and shift key at the same time, the content marked on application or
desktop is cleared, all the attendee could see the marked content.
Or
in full screen mode, the people other than the sharer could draw on sharer¡¯s
screen just as draw on the white board.
Click
¡±Word Share¡± button on toolbar, choose a Word file in the file dialog. This Word
file will be uploaded to server automatically, and will be downloaded by all
the meeting attendees, all the attendees¡¯ computers will start up Microsoft
Word, and synchronized with the Microsoft Word on the computer that initialized
the share.
Click ¡°Excel Share¡± button on the
toolbar. Choose an Excel file in the file dialog.. This Excel file will be
uploaded to server automatically, and will be downloaded by all the meeting
attendees, all the attendees¡¯ computers will start up Microsoft Excel, and
synchronized with the Microsoft Excel on the computer that initialized the
share.
Click ¡°Power Point Share¡± button on the
toolbar. Choose a Power Point file in the file dialog.. This Power Point file
will be uploaded to server automatically, and will be downloaded by all the
meeting attendees, all the attendees¡¯ computers will start up Microsoft Power
Point, and synchronized with the Microsoft Power Point on the computer that
initialized the share.
Click ¡°Browser Share¡± button on toolbar.

If you choose using our
web conference browser, you could conveniently share multi web pages and it
will work on majorities of web pages, including those have frames. When
presenter switch to another web page window, other meeting attendees¡¯ ¡°web
conference¡± browser will also change, when presenter change URL, other meeting
attendees¡¯ URL will also change.
If you choose share
Microsoft IE, a new IE window will popup, the URL in this window will be
reflected real time to all the attendees¡¯ IE. The thing need to note is, if
opened a new window other than the original popped up window, the new window¡¯s
URL will NOT be reflected to other attendees¡¯ desktop. We do not recommend that
you use this option.

Click ¡°Upload
Clipboard¡± button in ¡°File Share¡± tab, your clipboard content will be uploaded
to the server and other meeting attendees will be notified, if they choose to
accept your clipboard content, their clipboard content will be replaced with
yours. Also, meeting attendees could manually download clipboard content by
clicking ¡°Download Clipboard¡± button.

Click the left most
green button on the status bar, bandwidth detection dialog will show up as
follows:

The bandwidth detected will
be lower than your real bandwidth, so do not worry about this.
If the bandwidth here is
more than 10K bytes/s, the software will works well, if the bandwidth is more
than 20K bytes/s, the software will works great and in general, the software
will still work under bandwidth as low as something like 4Kbyte/s, that is,
telephone line speed.
If you have network congestion during
conference, the green button at the left on the status bar will turn yellow or
red.

Click ¡°Start Record¡±
button to start recording. Click ¡°Stop record¡± button to stop recording. Click
¡°Pause record¡± button to pause record.
Click ¡°Start Play¡±
button to start play back. Click ¡°Stop play¡± button to stop play. Click ¡°Pause
play¡± button to pause play.
Please note, only
public voice chat, public chat and white board action will be recorded, private
voice chat, private chat content and other action not recorded. We will enhance
record function in our later versions.

Click
left side ¡°People¡± tab, Meeting attendees¡¯ real time picture will show up here.
Or
click left side ¡°Show People¡± button, Meeting attendees¡¯ picture will show on
the right side.

Click ¡°Notify Attendee¡± button on the
toolbar, could conveniently email to the meeting attendees. You can
conveniently put attendees into groups, could notify one person, or notify a
whole group. When click ¡°Notify one person¡± or ¡°Notify a group¡± button, default
email program in the system will startup, and the receiver will be set to the
person you want to notify, then you could edit and send the email to attendees.

If
want to edit contact directly, Click ¡°Tool¡± menu, choose ¡°Options¡¡± submenu.

Click
¡°Tool¡± menu, choose ¡°Options¡¡± submenu, then click ¡°Proxy Settings¡± tab.

¡°Tool¡± menu, choose ¡°Options¡¡± submenu, then click ¡°Video¡± tab.

¡°View¡± menu, then click corresponding toolbar name to hide or show toolbar..
To show white board, application share or
desktop share in full screen mode, click ¡°Full Screen¡± button on the toolbar.
Click ¡°C¡± button on the upper left corner of the full screen show could close
full screen show. Click ¡°S¡± button, could show or hide scroll bar in full
screen mode.

Click "+" to add new white board, other buttons to switch between
white boards.
Click "Lines" to choose the width of the line. Or click the upper
most line(current line width) to choose line width manually.
Click
¡°color¡± to choose color. Or click the upper most color box(Current Color) to
choose color manually.
To
drag a picture on the white board, click ¡°Pointer¡± button,
then drag the picture you want to move.
To put picture to front, to back or delete picture, right click mouse button,
then choose corresponding menu items. As showed following.

Click
¡°Save¡± button, or click ¡°Save¡± or ¡°Save As¡± under ¡°File¡± menu, then could save
whiteboard as white board file. Click ¡°Save as Pic¡¡± Under ¡°File¡± menu to save
white board as picture format
To
lock white board, click this button, so the current board could not be changed.
Click this button again to unlock.
Click
this button, could zoom current white board, click again to restore.
Click
this button to show pointer on current white board, click again to hide.
After
white board pointer showed up, choose,
then could use mouse to drag white board
pointer.
Click
this button, after confirmed, click a window, then could paste the content of
the window into white board.
Click
this button, after confirmed, click an application window, then the whole
application window is pasted into the white board.
White board supports unlimited undo and redo,
the thing need to note is: after undo, if there are new operations on the white
board, then can not redo..
Click this button will download the
whole white board from server again.
Click this button will upload current
white board onto the server. All attendees¡¯ white board will be synchronized to
the content of your current white board. This feature is commonly used when
open a white board file, then upload this white board file to all the
attendees¡¯ white board.
Click ¡°Clear White Board¡± button will
clear the current white board, all the attendees¡¯ corresponding white board
will be cleared at the same time, so, please be careful when using this
feature.
The functions of these three buttons
are: ¡±add white board¡±£¬ ¡°open white board file¡±
and ¡±Save current white board to file¡±.
The functions of these two buttons are:
¡±Print¡± and ¡±Print Preview¡±.
Click ¡± Refresh public chat content¡±
button to download all the public chat content from server.
Click
these two buttons could use rubber to erase the content on the white board and
set rubber width.
Click this button on the toolbar, could
set current pen width on current white board.
Or click left side pen width chooser to
select pen width often used directly. Click the current pen width box, could
also change current pen width.
Click this button on toolbar could
choose current pen color.
Or click the small color box to choose
color often used directly. Click current color box, could also change current
pen color.
Click Pen button on toolbar, could
choose pen as current tool. Then could draw on white board.
Click text button on toolbar, could
choose Text as current tool, then could input text on the white board. More
detailed method is: Click Text button, then click the white board where you
want to input text, input the text you want, then click any other place on the
white board, the text inputted will be uploaded onto the server and transferred
to the white board of every attendee¡¯s white board.
Click Font button on the toolbar to
choose current font. Following text inputted will all use the new font chosen.
